Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Clinic Guest

Although there are many spas/clinics around the world, each offering a unique experience, they are all devoted to enhancing overall well-being through a variety of professional services that encourage healthy skin. To enjoy your in clinic experience to the fullest, observe the Code of Conduct, act responsibly and be aware that common sense and personal awareness can help ensure your satisfaction, comfort and safety, as well as that of others.

As a clinic guest, it is your responsibility to:

  • Communicate your preferences, expectations and concerns.

  • Communicate complete and accurate health information and reasons for your visit.

  • Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.

  • Use products, equipment and therapies as directed.

  • Adhere to the spa’s published policies and procedures.

As a clinic guest, you have the right to:

  • A clean, safe and comfortable environment.

  • Stop a treatment at any time, for any reason.

  • Be treated with consideration, dignity and respect.

  • Confidential treatment of your disclosed health information.

  • Trained staff who respectfully conduct treatments according to treatment protocols and the clinics policies and procedures.

  • Ask questions about your clinic experience.

  • Information regarding staff training, licensing and certification.

Customer Satisfaction: Notify us within 7 days if unsatisfied.

  • Late Arrival: Services end on time for late arrivals.

  • Right to Refuse Service: Behavior may lead to refusal of service.

  • Prices: Subject to change.

  • Gift Cards: Sold in $5 increments, not redeemable for cash.

  • Service Animals: Trained service animals allowed, no pets.Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult for Salon services.

  • Children under 14 not receiving services cannot be in certain areas.

  • Children must be 14+ for Spa services; under 18 may not access the wet area.

  • Handicap-accessible options available; staff cannot lift clients onto furniture.

  • Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Paypal, Cherry, Afterpay accepted; card needed to hold appointments.

  • No checks accepted.

  • 48-hour cancellation notice for all services.

  • Longer notices required for Spa packages or group services.
